In less than 5 months after opening, Aimsir Restaurant has been awarded not one, but two Michelin stars. This exciting new restaurant which only opened in May 2019, in the stunning setting of Cliff at Lyons.

Aimsir, meaning ‘weather’ in Irish, only uses the very best ingredients from producers and growers all over the island of Ireland and is led by husband and wife team, Jordan and Majken Bech Bailey.

The bespoke dining area and kitchen have been created within one of the restored stone cottages within the grounds of Cliff at Lyons with the entrance and cocktail bar formed within a contemporary, charred larch clad addition. A large, glazed wall and sliding door open out onto the beautifully manicured gardens in which much of the restaurant's ingredients are grown. Stunning, internal joinery and bespoke furniture elements have all been hand crafted locally in Ireland.
